Coaching Sessions

Coaching Sessions occur each week at a time that both coach and client agree on. Sessions are scheduled for 30 minutes. The sessions purpose is to insure that progress is being made toward the clients goals. 


The POETRI framework is used as the basis for the discussion and the session can consist of a variety of things, anywhere from brainstorming goals, to tracking progress on goals.
