Plan
A plan is typically any diagram or list of steps with timing and resources, used to achieve an objective. It is commonly understood as a temporal set of intended actions through which one expects to achieve a goal.
Plans can be formal or informal:
It is common for less formal plans to be created as abstract ideas, and remain in that form as they are maintained and put to use. More formal plans are used for business and military purposes, while initially created with and as an abstract thought, are likely to be written down, drawn up or otherwise stored in a form that is accessible to multiple people across time and space. This allows more reliable collaboration in the execution of the plan.

- Structured and formal plans, used by multiple people, are more likely to occur in projects, diplomacy, careers, economic development, military campaigns, combat, sports, games, or in the conduct of other business. In most cases, the absence of a well-laid plan can have adverse effects: for example, a non-robust project plan can cost the organization time and money.
- Informal or ad hoc plans are created by individuals in all of their pursuits.

Organize
Organizing effective management is crucial for nearly all large organizations and generally valuable for those of any size.
- Helps to achieve organizational goal. Organization is employed to achieve the overall objectives of business firms. Organization focuses attention of individual objectives towards overall objectives.
- Optimum use of resources. To make optimum use of resources such as men, materials, money, machines and methods, it is necessary to design an organization properly. Work should be divided and the right people should be given the right jobs to reduce wasting of resources in an organization.
- To perform managerial function. Planning, Organizing, Staffing, Directing and Controlling cannot be implemented without proper organization.
- Facilitates growth and diversification. A good organization structure is essential for expanding business activity. Organization structure determines the input of resources needed for expansion of a business activity. Similarly organization is essential for product diversification such as establishing a new product line.
- Humane treatment of employees. Organization has to operate for the betterment of employees and must not encourage monotony of work due to higher degree of specialization. Now, organization has adapted the modern concept of systems approach based on human relations and it discards the traditional productivity and specialization approach.
Execute
Execution is where Management and Leadership make things happen. Within the POETRI In Motion framework Management and Leadership are two sides of the same coin where work happens. Management is about things and Leadership is about people.

This is the measure of success. Through constant incremental improvement success can be sustained.
