Planning
It is the art and science of identifying your values, creating your vision, defining the mission, and developing SMART goals, with a twist of Poetri In Motion, to insure that you effectively achieve your full potential through efficient effort.
Organizing
The ability to collect and bring all of the necessary resources in to play so that you can effectively succeed with your goals with the most efficient effort.
Executing
Is about getting things done. It is the Leadership and Management of work. With Poetri In Motion Leadership is about individuals and Management is about things. Both are required to effectively achieve sustained success with efficient effort.
Tracking
Keeping track of your results and measuring your success against what you plan allows you to know where you are in relation to where you were and whether you are on track to achieve your planned results or if changes and adaptation need to be made.
Rewarding
Who doesn't like a reward, and why wouldn't you reward yourself when you have achieved some success. We will help you to develop the kinds of rewards that serve as motivation to achieve sustained success.
Improving
There is rarely a right way, but there is always a better way. Improvement is not about waiting to be perfect, but rather it is about changing directions as often as necessary to be effective in arriving at your destination as efficiently as possible.
