Workouts

Workouts are daily "exercises" that the client participates in. They can be mental, physical, social, financial, or skill related. The time spent depends on the needs and goals of each client. The purposes of daily exercises are to develop new powerful habits that will accelerate a clients achievement of a particular or multiple goals.

Examples of workout exercises might include, but are in no way limited to:
Gratitude Journals
Physical Exercise
Meditation
Reading
Writing
Study
Making contact with people

The "exercises" are custom tailored to the individual by the client and coach based on the needs of the client.
